The origins of the Mojito are a little mysterious and some stories go as far back as the 16th century. We’re unsure of it’s true lineage but I know for sure that it is the perfect refreshing summer cocktail and is a crowd favorite no matter the occasion.

- 2oz White Rum

- 1oz Lime Juice

- 3/4oz Simple Syrup

1. Add mint to the bottom of a highball glass
